(A desperate marketing attempt?), Burger King launched a website called “Whopper Sacrifice” which would give you a free cheeseburger from Burger King every time you deleted 10 of your friends on Facebook, a popular social networking site.
Unfortunately (For BK lovers), Facebook has removed this application from their site due to some policy violations of the Facebook application, and now you cannot get your free cheeseburger if you delete 10 of your friends. According to the WhopperSacrifice.com website, 233,906 people were worth less than a double cheeseburger from the BK.
